Collection of Information
During the order process, we collect personally-identifiable information including your name, billing/shipping address, phone number, payment information and email address. This information is solely used for order processing, delivery and any related communication. Email addresses are used to notify you about your order and its status, such as shipment notifications and tracking numbers. Phone numbers are used to contact you when issues arise related to your order, such as declined credit cards and product backorders.
We also collect email addresses on an "opt-in" basis from customers who wish to receive marketing and promotional emails from us. Subscribing to our email newsletter list is entirely optional and you may remove yourself from our list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of every email we send. Alternately, you may request removal from our email list by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (888) 996-5996.
Because we are committed to your privacy, we will never sell or share any customer data with outside companies or organizations unless required by law.
